WHAT A TREAT ORPHANS ?




Allah says in  An-Nisa 6: 6, which means the following, "And do not take more than the orphan's property and propriety (do not be) haste (spending) before they mature. He who (among keepers of it) is able, let him refrain (from consuming the orphan's property), and whoever is poor, then he may as well take it according to a treasure worth ".

According to Ibn Jawzi thoughts above verses there are 4 ways:

1. Take the property of an orphan kiradl way;
2. Should take the orphan's property, only to meet their needs, it is no exaggeration;
3. Should take the orphan's property just as a reward just for taking care of orphans;
4. Should take the orphan's property when circumstances forced. Then when they have been able to then have to return it, if it really can not afford, then it is lawful for him.
Messenger of Allah said, "Whoever bears eat and drink (maintain) the orphans of Islam, to Allah requires that he enter his heaven except he did not unforgivable sin (HR Tarmudzi).

Messenger of Allah said, "Whoever bears eat and drink (maintain) the orphans of Islam, to Allah requires that he enter his heaven except he did not unforgivable sin (HR Tarmudzi).

So Allah will ensure provide a haven to anyone who want to nurture, care, attention to orphans, but sin is not unforgivable (eg shirk)


WHAT SHOULD THE ORPHANS we do?




  My brothers ,  orphan is a child who was left to die by his father while he has not reached the age of legal age, and left for dead by his mother who called the child yatimah. Yatimah either orphans or have the same position. They get special attention from the Messenger of Allah. The goal is not to maintain the viability for them not abandoned after the death of his father, or his mother

 According to Imam Bukhari comes from Sahl ibn Sa'd, the Messenger of Allah said, "I and the people who bear (nurture) orphans (well) this is like being in heaven, as he motioned with his index finger and middle finger, and he emptied between the two fingers ". (Bukhari)


Let us consider the word of Allah in  An Nisaa 4: 2, which means the following: "And give to the orphans (who have baligh) their property, do not you swap the good with the bad and do not you eat them with your treasure treasure . Actual actions (swap and eat) it, is a great sin "



And Allah forbid consuming the orphan's property in accordance with His word in  An-Nisa 4: 10, which means the following: "Those who eat the wealth of orphans unjustly, they actually swallow it whole-belly of hell fire and they will come into a blazing fire (hell).



And Allah said in Al-An `am 6: 152 which means as follows," And do not approach the orphan's property, except with a better way, so he got up "



CONCLUSION:


1. Orphans are children abandoned by his father's death, son yatimah are children abandoned by her mother's death. Both orphans and children have kedudukn yatimah same.

2. Orphans and yatimah position with the Messenger of Allah is very close, as close as your index finger and middle finger.

3. Santunilah yatimah orphans and vulnerable children, if able to guard them well. Just treat them as you love yourself.

4. Do not approach the orphan's property and children yatimah, let alone take their treasure, If you do then berdos very large.


5. Who oppress orphans and children yatimah got Allah with grievous punishment.

HUMAN CAN DO harmed by SEVEN ISSUES



Messenger of Allah said, "Flee seven no evil thing: 1. Associating (anything) with Allah; 2. Magic; 3. Kill the soul which Allah has forbidden except by haq; 4. Usury; 5, feed the orphan's property; 6. Flee from battle; 7. Mukminah accused adulterous woman who maintained her dignity "(Bukhari Muslim)

1. Associating anything with Allah means we are still always looking and looking to achieve a goal or to ask for help to the people,

2. Magic. All science is not of Allah it is magic

3. Kill the soul which Allah has forbidden, except that diridoi artnya haq Allah.

4. Usury. Riba is an act which Allah has forbidden completely.

5. Eating orphan's property. Allah alone is warned that you should not approach the orphan's property. It should not be approached, let alone eat it, how much more mayhem

6. Escape from combat. It means run from the truth.

7. Accusing someone else commits adultery, but the accused did not act like it.

BUSY FOR THREE ISSUES



According Hukama people in the world are plagued by three problems that are the source of sin and disorder:


1. Problems desire to collect as much treasure. People like this usually have a greedy nature, if possible treasures that exist in the world is taken all of him. He does not care about other people, which is important he was satisfied and happy.

2. Issues like honor disturb others with your words and actions. People like this have the nature of envy. He did not want to see other people happy, that everyone could see him have to honor, praise, subject to him.

3. Issue a veiled lust and ambition standing position. People like this will do anything to make the goal is reached, regardless of whether the act is good or bad for him, the most important goal is reached. Se [erties nowadays better known by the name of political money. So if you want to attain a position of office, it must spread some money first. Because he wanted to take the job, had to be done, although for a while had to borrow money to and fro.
